Reinterpreting its original deco bones, this major renovation finessed the existing street facade and adopted a clean contemporary slate for the rear whilst imbuing it with some Gatsby glamour.

A post tensioned clear span opens the interior space up to the exterior, the connection reinforced by the seemless floor change. A retractable awning to shield the outdoor dining is tucked under the sculpted concrete frame of the upper level.
